It was clean, breakfast was sensational. Had very central location in the centre of Fremantle. What's more, it was right by the waterfront and the cafe strip and the freo markets and the south terrace cafe strip.

During my recent business trip, my director chose Arundels Boutique Accommodation in West Perth, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the stay. I only spent about 10 hours there, primarily for sleep, but I found the location fantastic; it was a quick and easy walk to my client’s office. I appreciated being able to sleep with the windows open rather than relying on air conditioning, and the king-size bed was impressively large and comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming, even helping me with parking my car. The atmosphere in this charming old building, so well cared for, truly added character to my stay. When my work brings me back to Fremantle, I’ll definitely consider staying here again, as it offers great value for money compared to other options around the area.
Lipton black tea was disappointing.

Had a quick 10-hour pitstop at this gem, loved the quiet location, gigantic bed, and the old-world charm - felt like a classy time warp! Enjoyed relaxing with a cheeky Port nightcap in the room and a light and refreshing breakfast spread. Only downside, as a leaf tea lover, the Lipton black tea bags were a bit of a letdown, hey, can't win 'em all! Will definitely be back for another precious sleep-time! 😊

This hotel has a fantastic central location right near the town center. Plus, it's just a short walk from plenty of restaurants and entertainment options, including Frio's café and Frio's restaurant. 🍽️.

The dining scene is legit - Who's Your Mumma slings drool-worthy gourmet sandwiches. Rooms are spotless, secure, and the traditional decor is on point. A surprise birthday flower arrangement? Major points!
Wish for more room extras like a hair-dryer & alternative milks. Thin walls spill secrets, but hey, it's all part of the character.

Staying at Arundel's Boutique Accommodation during my transit in West Perth was a delightful experience. the charming queen bedroom with ensuite was a cozy retreat, and the beautifully renovated heritage-listed building exuded colonial charm. the convenient location near Perth Airport made my stay stress-free and easily accessible.
While my overall stay was pleasant, the lack of a meet and greet on arrival was a minor downside. the absence of staff to promptly address my queries, such as a faulty fuse and air conditioning in the room, slightly impacted my experience.

I had such a great time at this charming little B&B! the location is perfect for easily walking to the Fremantle Markets and other main attractions. the room was cozy and full of character, really made me feel at home. the laundry facilities were super handy, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Plus, the breakfast was truly a treat with options like fresh croissants that were simply to die for. I could get used to mornings like this!
One area for improvement could be the limited parking spots available nearby, which made it a bit of a challenge at times. it would be nice if they could provide some extra amenities in the room for added comfort.
